届いたメールの文面の意味が分からない、英文でメールを送信したいけれども英語がちょっとという方のために使用頻度の高いと思われる文章を取り上げてみました。

１）現在、私の注文はどうなっているでしょうか？
　　I would like to know current status of my order.

２）納期はいつになりますか？
　　 I would like to know your shipment date.

３）返事を待っています。
　　 I have been waiting for your reply.

１）今回注文した商品がまだ到着していません。
　　I have not received your shipment of my order as of this time.

２）いまだに御社から返事を頂いてないような気がします。
　　I do not seem to have received any answer from you.

１）間違った商品をオーダしたので返品します。
　　I am returning this item because I orderd the wrong one.

２）包装はあけていません。
　　I have not opened the package.

３）返金をお願いします。
　　 Please refund me.

４）この注文をキャンセルしたい。
　　I'd like to cancel this order.

５）商品が壊れていた/欠陥商品だった。
　　 The item was damaged/defective.

６）商品が時間内に届かなかった。
　　 The item was not received in time.

７）商品が期待していたものとは違っていた。
　　 The item was not what I was expecting.

１）代替品を送ってください。
　　 Please send me a replacement.

２）間違った商品を注文した。
　　 I ordered the wrong item.

３）間違った商品が届いた。
　　 The wrong item was delivered.
